Nick got his certificate in auto upholstery at WYO-Tech in Laramie, Wyoming, in 1985. He has worked in the auto industry since then, gaining experience in bodywork and painting, mechanic work, and parts while continuing to hone his upholstery skills.

Thorin, the business’s namesake, has spent his life harassing the cats, complaining he doesn’t get enough walks, and that the house is never the right temperature.
